Collection details
All orders are available via click and collect at our Penrose warehouse, 331a Neilson Street, Penrose, Auckland 1061. We do not offer delivery unless prearranged with your sales rep. We'll contact you by email or phone when your order is ready — please don't arrive without that confirmation.
Processing times & terms
Orders placed Monday to Friday are generally ready within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. A minimum purchase of $50 applies. We do not provide refunds for returns on packing materials. Questions? Email warehouse@smartexpress.co.nz.
